This is very true. As a matter of fact, my wife gamed me up on this. Check-it, she told me, the next time you see a woman, especially a younger woman, and she has her tits pushed up and out. Don't think that is for attention, it is more likely she can't afford a bra that fits her correctly, so she buys that cheap bra from the dollar store or even the liquor store!!!
