Man, kids will surprise you......My question is where were the parents and how da fuck did that kid get access to the car to drive it?
Lock up the parents.
But being able to get it into gear and get it onto the street and upto speed........

Honestly, the parents probably were negligent.
The kids probably wanted to go somewhere, ths parents probably said no. The keys were out. The parents were distracted..... doing who knows what, laundry, washing dishes, laying in bed, .... fucking....... who knows
The kids took the keys and left......
