Both women are absolutely drop dead gorgeous. But Sanaa is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my LIFE. Stacy is a dime, no doubt, but on that same scale Sanaa is a 12. Ms Lathan is my choice.

I'm gonna go against the grain and pick Sanaa Lathan. Stacy is sexier, but there is a sexyness to Sanaa that she doesn't have to flaunt. It's there and you know it but it is not over-stated. I would assume that Sanaa is a down to Earth kinda chick that would be as comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt hanging around. You know, be with you because she liked you and not because you have loot. Stacy doesn't necessarily come off as a gold digger, but a woman who likes men who can woo her with expensive things.

I also like independent women. I think Sanaa would be independent.
 
my vote is for sanaa. she was hella cute in love and basketball, fine in nip tuck, out of time, brown sugar, and most of aliens vs. predator.
