My concern for this man in his defense is that they had robbed him several times before, which means the only way to 'end the threat' is to end THEM. Sorry to be so harsh, but these ppl were obviously trying to kill him (broken collarbone) and then would have continued to return until they did. What's WRONG with these ppl.
