80 Year Old Cac Shoots "Pregnant" Burglar Killing Her

^   ^

My concern for this man in his defense is that they had robbed him several times before, which means the only way to 'end the threat' is to end THEM. Sorry to be so harsh, but these ppl were obviously trying to kill him (broken collarbone) and then would have continued to return until they did. What's WRONG with these ppl. And I BET the boyfriend in jail things ole dude was "WRONG?"

^^^^THis right here... YUP!

As my guys used to say in Afghanistan.....

PROBLEM SOLVED....PROBLEM STAYING SOLVED!

In all states, the use of deadly force is restricted to situations where you are protecting life (yours or another person) from imminent threat of death.

The more important point here is that the person is running away and the person is not a threat to you or anyone else at that time.

Your obligation is to call the police, report the crime and let justice take its course......

With that (the law), I'm thru with this thread.

True in a perfect World and we all know this World is not. Now let’s talk real talk… with enough money and the right person to argue your case you can be a free man… I don’t have to name any cases.

Because they had returned so many times, they had proven, that as long as they lived, (or were on the streets) he would ALWAYS be in danger.... The man is 80, how many MORE assaults do you think he could live through?

And a good Attorney knows what to do... a great one would be better but it will not be needed for a pair of felons that was on their way back in anyway.

Ya'll crazy. That dudes going to jail. You think the authorities going to let the death of a white woman go? No matter how ratchet and crazy she was they are going to jail that dude.

NOW...if she were a black male? Unarmed and walking home? He'd have a parade in his honor.

Watch.

as long as they are INTRUDERS in HIS house, he's got the right to defend himself.

fuck em.

:hmm:

The law MAY say they were no longer in intruding in his house or robbing him, when
he shot her down. Do you have the right to track down, today, and shoot the person
who robbed you 3 years ago? Tell me what the difference is in this case to what he
did. Again, I am playing prosecutor of the 80-year old home owner.

Seeing as they robbed him two times previously and just got finished beating him, it's hard to say that he wasn't still in fear of his life when he shot at them, even if they were trying to get away.

this.

third time they broke his collar bone.

he decided there would be no fourth time.

they brought that shit on themselves.

If somebody comes in my house to rob me then beats me then tries to leave I'm walking up on them and blowing a hole in the back of their head when I get a chance. Especially if I'm 80. FOH. They cacs too? Fuck them.

His race and age are what he has in his favor but his arrogance may be what does him in. He boldly goes on TV and states that an unarmed woman begged for her life and he shot her anyway, how can the D.A. ignore that?

I concur. That day, he broke his collarbone. Whats next tomorrow? Suppose he died from the next injury from a future assault? Maybe the boyfriend learned sth.
