7 Herbs for Men’s Sexual Health

Definitely agree with respect to those I'm familiar with, i.e., Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed oil, Stinging Nettle and Tumeric. I've been ingesting these along with Lycopene for years and have been free of prostate enlargement and other urinary problems. If you chose to try them you might want to try SwansonVitamins.com for reasonable prices. :hmm:

There are other conciderations also. Usually when someone starts taking these herbs they might also start exercising more and watching what they eat., which will give you more physical results than some pill. A lot of these herbs are part of the daily diet of people in countries like India and Pakistan and men from there aren't known for their fuck game.

I agree regarding the importance of exercise and proper diet. These herbs are simply an adjunct, not a be-all to end-all. As for India and Pakistan not being known for their fuck game I ain't so sure, there's over a billion of 'em.

Tongkat Ali... it can be found in any good testosterone booster.

Dosage?
Did you start with half of the recommended and work your way up?

Yea I did, I am very sensitive to any kind of meds, smoke, etc... Well except alcohol.

Right now I use Black Seed Oil, Sour Sop, Sea Moss, Bladdewick, Bee Pollen. I may add a couple things from this thread but I would def be mindful of some of them because they really do effect your body.

You take all of that together in a smoothie?

No the black seed oil tea spoon by itself, sea moss in smoothie, bee pollen sometimes in smoothies. Soursop is a pill. I drink Lear’s one smoothie a day many times 2 it kills my craving for sweets at night.

I do take those everyday, I may forget the pollen. I also use royal jelly weekly as well.

All of the changes I’ve made has gotten my running distance further and time quicker.

Also cut bread that made a HUGE difference.

Great Thread. Will definitely cop Prostrex and these other Herbs.

I drink Tumeric in my Kumbucha. That stuff is amazing.

Okay if it’s hormonal adjustment (and boosting):

BLACK Maca (NO Gelatinized)

If you are REALLY healthy:

Yohimbe

For Black Folks, those are the two.

Vitamin Shop has a quality BLACK Maca POWDER (PLNT)

You can google a bunch of places that have Yohimbe POWDER (Again you have to been in hella condition for this)

No pills, just the POWDER (You will get used to it):

A) Much cheaper
B) Much better
C) Much more potent

Why is that

They left bee pollen out. When ever I have had a lot of sex or been putting in some real work afterwards I would take a lot of bee pollen to build my nature back up.

That reminds me ... I won this prize pack some 7 - 8 years ago. It was pretty nice - had all types of coffees, natural honey(s), bee pollen, food spices, etc. Lasted for quite awhile given all the items.

That was a nice pack. They say honey is not to be feed to babies because it is a certain bacteria in it. But bee pollen, bee propolis, and royal jelly can help us to wean off of the poisons they got us addicted to and be some real (unprocessed food) food. But a lot of that has been changing up because we are not the ones either finding the hives or the ones farming hives. I just ordered some more of it from another company. I have been without it for a few months and notice the difference.
That manuka honey is used in the emergency rooms in New Zealand. I wonder if it is not to be used by babies.

Good point about the young ones. Thanks for the intel. Yeah - the pack was pretty legit. Apparently valued at $200 - 250.

Turmeric is everything. I've been taking it daily for over 3 years. I had developed arthritic elbows and knees from years of lifting and squatting. Sometimes I could barely complete a workouts because the pain was so bad. I don't have any pain or discomfort now.

I can also attest to it improving libido. I'm going to research the other herbs and see if they're for me, but turmeric is a must have.

Note: don't buy that cheap ass turmeric from Walmart either.
I go to indian or chinese market to get mass quantities of turmeric on the cheap. I used it to tonify & cleanse liver. Goldenmilk during winter is the shit.
