7/9/25 all charges were dropped against me last night. Lawyer contacted me this morning. He went over the prosecutors head and presented the evidence and witness statement and basically said see it for what it is and they agreed.
So do any brothers in here want to handle the lawsuits before i get someone?
Im Suing for false arrest
Entrapment (because the cop that got busted for that against me in 2011 was the one that arrested me on nullshit charges
Suing the city for how the case was handled
Suing my ex wife
Suing her neighbor for false testimony he got caught lying in
so my ex got 18 months, agg assault and domestic violence
i goto final pretial this friday, my attorney is confident i'll walk away with some non violent misdemeanor or walk free.
i won't lie i'd rather goto trial and fight it because i have witnesses medical records etc. i personally can't see how any juror can see what she's convicted of and the actual events and try to hold me to felonious assault in any way shape or form. i don't need the bs on my record for something i was within my rights to do.
