He put a few million into it and is now sellingit for 18. 50 is MANY THINGS, but STUPID isn't one of em'. This was a helluva move.

Which tells you something about how much the house was really worth on the market. She paid a dollar for it so it was all profit in her case.

He actually put a few million worth of "nothing special" into it (according to real estate folks). There's no reason to believe it will sell for $18.5M any easier than it did for $25M. It's not likely worth anything close to that (which doesn't mean some other newly-wealthy rap fool won't buy it). 50's profit obviously won't match Turner's, and it's really not that smart to put more money into an originally-undersold house than you paid for it (especially with no certainty you can sell it for much more than you paid for it).
