500 Rep Barbell Challenge - 50 reps each

This looks fun but tough. May give it a go.
Holding on to the bar for any lengthy amount of time will surely tire out your muscles.
ENDURANCE and WILL POWER test!
 
Just have to pace yourself and rest in between. May take a while to complete though
 
That guy eats only chicken breast and barley. That's the only way to get abs. All that shit means nothing.
 
Might give it a go for 100 reps :dunno: This shit may look easy but you might want to start on Rookie because that 500 rep shit is definitely Difficulty: All Madden

This shit IS harder than it looks, but very effective.
 
If this your first time doing something THIS extreme you better start at the 100 rep challenge. Or, treat it as a circuit training session. Do 10 reps each exercise, then stop and rest for 3-5 minutes, then do it again. I'd say do that 3 times and your day in the gym is DONE. I may try it in a circuit on a Sunday. Looks like a great challenge.

Yeah I can probably do them shits 25-30 times right now but muscle fatigue is a bitch. Y'all gotta understand that bar gets real heavy real fast.

No homo......look at ol boys physique. He is no stranger to the gym. Probly a trainer or some shit. Used to doing intense workouts. Don't go to planet fitness on this bullshit and fall out in front a fat Mexican lady.

They was just in the news for kicking a fuckin nfl punter out of the gym because they said he was working too hard! It was on Deadspin, and i think the punter plays for the Vikings.

I know for a fact you can't do deadlifts at planet fitness...and you can't grunt too loud or drop the weights to the ground...

What they dont tell you is that the guy in the video didn't get to look like that doing that shit.

Like everyone in P90x videos being super cut and fit. I'll give Richard Simmons props, he had regular people in his videos and not fitness models.

This is not your workout. This SUPPLEMENTS your workout, as a way to mix up, confuse, and shock your body. Can't just repeat the same thing over and over, this throws a nice lil change up in the mix.
