If this your first time doing something THIS extreme you better start at the 100 rep challenge. Or, treat it as a circuit training session. Do 10 reps each exercise, then stop and rest for 3-5 minutes, then do it again. I'd say do that 3 times and your day in the gym is DONE. I may try it in a circuit on a Sunday. Looks like a great challenge.
