You know. I have something similar going on within my family with one of my nephews and his father. All I have to say is this...how would you like it if your dad was disrespectful to your mother. Bamas on here would be livid if someone disrespected their moms. It don’t matter who it is. Sometimes you have to be the bigger man and deal with it and listen to your son air out his grievances and tell him you’re sorry for the way things went down because in the end no matter what you’re at fault. You’re the adult in this situation. Nobody would put up with someone disrespecting ma’dukes no matter who it is. 50 should know better being as though he was a mommas boy until that unfortunate incident happened with his moms (RIP). I hope one day they can patch up their grievances and be father and son again. I remember how proud 50 was of his son when he first came on the scene. They look so much like each other. Maybe there is some deeper issues there with his son looking so much like him. Who knows, but 50 is in the wrong with this one and he needs to stop being his usual petty self with his son. I am rooting for them. I will always root for 50, his is my guy, but I don’t like this shit one bit.

It's hard to get 50/50 custody when you're riding around with armed security, bulletproof vehicles and a kevlar vest everytime you're in public....
And true that was very early in 50s career but up until what 8-10 years ago that's how he rolled. So let's go with 8 years ago... lil man would've been 14. Around that time the courts will usually ask the child if they want to spend time with the other parent.....
It was too late then.

He let greed, fame and ego beat him. 50 started his career on controversy and beef. Which led for the need for vests, armored cars and security.
So maybe if 50 had taken a different approach to his career he would have a better relationship with his child......

You knocked it out the park with that one, that’s exactly the issue!
In the end, 50 is the adult and the parent and it’s up to him to make it right. The only thing that can help is to shut up and listen to each other’s let the past be the past or counseling.
That still has nothing to do with a child parent relationship.
Now if you said the child robbed the parents store and shot them, that would’ve made more sense in your statement because that actually has to do with their relationship.
