If he had CUSTODY, which was the initial point, he could have a nanny do all of things mentioned and cut out the mother's necessity to syphon money from him. As I said, if he worked things out with the mother, there would be no court case. Too often men with a little paper feel the need to try to punish the ex wife, so they play financial games with them. If you have a vested interest in your child's well being, you would WANT to make sure that the person taking care of your child is happy and comfortable so that they can do the best job they can with your kid, whether that's the mother or the nanny or whoever. What I mean by his job is 24/7 is because in the industry you dont technically ever have an "off day" so to speak. Even when you are not working you are still working. Especially in the sense of when you at that status. You might have an off day but it probably wont be at home. It will be days when you arent recording or doing much but you might be in Miami when you really live in NY and you have some other shit to do in Miami the next day.

He cant possibly be home to be a full time parent. Plus its not like he NEVER has the kid. He just doesnt have him full time. Even if you hire a nanny you still arent properly taking care of your child because a nanny is doing it for you, not you. Bottom line is Celebrities #1 Priority isnt raising their kids, its their career.
