50 Cent ordered to Pay Child Support

Earlier this week 50 Cent was been ordered to make some pretty hefty child support payments to the mother of his 10-year-old son.

According to New York Post reports, this past Monday (April 16) 50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was told he'd be required to immediately pay $10,000 for the support of his son Marquise Diamond Jackson. Suffolk County Support Magistrate Aletha V. Fields-Ferraro also awarded $15,000 in monthly expenses to Shaniqua Tompkins, 50's former girlfriend and mother to Marquise.

Four friends accompanied 50 to court Monday, where he reportedly caused a commotion over not receiving VIP treatment and being required to go through metal detectors.

As SOHH previously reported, 50 filed papers with Family Court in February, seeking to arrange an official agreement with Tompkins. Prior to Fields-Ferraro's decision, the two lacked a specific arrangement, and sources speculated that 50 filed with Family Court in order to avoid overzealous demands from Tompkins.

50 and Tompkins next court meeting is scheduled for June 11.

Smarter for the payer to kick it out up front wth an signed stipulation appro ved by the court that what she gets is it, nothing else. Remember inflation and other cost of living expenses plus whatever else she or her attorney can think of and she'll be right back in court asking for an increase.

He may be ordered to pay child support but there are probably ways to make her wait for a while. For starters I would make her wait ALL month at least until she get that 15k. So whatever car note, house note, and any other note would have to wait.

Plus, I know 15k seems like alot but if I add up my monthly expenses NOT including my son who lives with me it's probably around 5k. That leaves her 10k left over. That money will get used up quick. I can see her asking for more.

The rapper appeared in a Suffolk County Family Court in Central Islip on Monday, where he was instructed by Support Magistrate Aletha V.
