I didn't even know the Bears have not signed all of their draft picks. Burden, Tripolo and Moore are still unsigned.

Of around 36 still unsigned draft picks, 30 of them were drafted in the 2nd round. The Texans gave their 2nd round pick the 1st fully guaranteed contract for a 2nd round pick and now they all want one

Man them dudes going to be holding out for a while because the NFL is not going to give 2nd round picks guaranteed contracts. I know the NFL owners are probably pissed at the Texans for doing that.

Cleveland then did the same thing with their 2nd round pick and gave him a fully guaranteed contract because he was the 1st pick of the 2nd round and drafted before the Texans pick, Jayden Higgins, who was the 2nd pick of the round. And I'm sure that every owner and GM is mad as hell.
