2025 Chicago Bears Off Season Thread

This is the only pic that sort of puzzled me.

From everything I've read and heard, he's raw, but is fast.

I think we could have done better with this pick.

Zah Fraizer is worth the risk, not sure this guy is.
Dude is blazing fast and seems like a sure tackler. Probably more of a D. Allen (developmental LB) or R. Hightower (ST) pick.

Bad look for Poles and us, even though this was rumored already before the draft

They saw issues with Waldron early
We all talked about this last year and I understood why. Hell we all knew Eberflus was going to get fired when they chose not to fire him, it was just dumb. Some still had hopes in Eberflus but I did not. I wanted Harbaugh to be hired but knowing what we know now, Ben Johnson would have taken the job if they fired Eberflus. Then you add that they didn't even have someone to teach Caleb how to watch film, he was watching by himself.. Smh!

He was right in having doubts to coming to Chicago but I actually believe they are trying to do things better now. Hiring Ben Johnson is a big step to get this right.

Yeah, pod I listen said the fallout would be much worse if they didn't get rid of Waldron and Flus during the season.

I hate how the media is using this to make this an issue again, when all of us already knew this.

I'm not worried about it at all. It's in the past, and Caleb's side was only going on what they knew and or didn't know at the time. The fact of the matter is that he loves this current team and city ... and we're getting better, imo.

Here's a decent BJ interview from yesterday:

Welp, not that Brandon Johnson had a snowballs chance in hell of getting reelected, but this is another nail in that coffin:
