2025 Chicago Bears Off Season Thread

We're going to have our best offense ever
We're damn sure gonna need it. What the hell are they doing taking a receiver??!! Who the hell is going to put pressure on the quarterback? And I don't trust Braxton Jones at left tackle. If you're going to go skilled position, why not take a running back tomorrow, not a damn receiver. There's plenty of good backs available. Not one lineman chosen? Not one??? What the fuck are they doing??

Did you miss the Ohio State RB's being picked?

They also traded down for two more second round picks.

Exactly!! If they had taken a RB at 41 it would have been a reach. And now with 3 picks upcoming they can get a RB, line help and possibly a safety though seeing JT and Ersery being picked hurt

One of my best friend’s dad, James Osborne, is in this picture.

Maybe there will be some good RB's in the 4th round tomorrow. The O lineman and D lineman they took, I hope they are good. At least they got some help in the trenches.

Lance Zierlein’s analysis on DT Shemar Turner:

Three-year starter with “tweener” measurables but excellent musculation and lean mass. Turner plays with unlimited activity and a heavy dose of violence. He has a quick first step and an explosive punch. He’s capable of holding the point against single blocks or working the gaps with foot quickness. His pressure rate is hurt by a lack of length but he’s a restless rusher who hunts blockers’ edges and will eventually leak through if the play extends. His athleticism and chase quickness will see him in or near the pile with some frequency as a future starter.”
