Fonz and Sarge could make a far better list than this bullshit. Compare these songs and albums, to ANY year in the 80's and 90's, let alone the 00's to show how poor the Black artist representation is for these categories.

That Lizzo album is an obese Nikki Minaj karaoke sing along.

:smh: So I just left out the Ari Lennox thread. Then I see this thread. And don't her name nowhere. Not in any of the categories.

Lil Nas X will win shit. Gotta get some gay representation in there for the LBGTs. That's just how the industry works now. Lizzo will clean up because she's a mammy type.

im cool with the list,,,the newest wave of artist that should be in that list even tho they left out a few others but im kool with it...

Looking at this list I can tell its all about dollars and politics. Far better music than some of the selections

In my opinion, H.E.R. should walk away with some awards at least for Hard Place. Well written, performed and produced. Smooth R&B song that I can still listen to in the gym.

My biggest shock is that Rapsody didnt get a nomination for Best Rap Album
EVE was str8 fire.

Fat ass Lizzo gonna win all them awards she up for.
