One more thought... this system, this country is fucked up. How does a man have a good career making over 6 figures, over $50K in the bank, over $30K in assets , asks to go conventional and yet can't get a mortgage because student loans fucked up his credit when he was coming out of grad school???? I'm so fucking mad right now. Everything is in good standing with the loans but I have to provide proof and get the credit bureaus to see I'm in good standing and try to do this before I leave for vacation next week...

Have a good time in Turkey. Its beautiful on the coast. I was in Dalyan and Marmaris. The pepople are very friendly towards blacks. Istanbul is an amazing city. If you have the chance, go and visit the Grand Bazaar market. Its huge. Easily could get lost in there. Oh and don't forget the blue mosque.
