Only in Fort Worth, Texas. Our version of the Barkdales own a horse ranch RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOOD. Every Sunday afternoon, they ride their ATV's, street bikes, and horses to the neighborhood lake.

Clarke then moved on to work as a composer, orchestrator, conductor and performer of scores for such films as: Boyz n the Hood, the biopic of Tina Turner What's Love Got to Do with It, Passenger 57, Higher Learning, Poetic Justice, Panther, The Five Heartbeats, Book of Love, Little Big League, and Romeo Must Die. He also scored the Luc Besson- produced/co-written action film, The Transporter, starring Jason Statham and a Michael Jackson video release directed by John Singleton entitled Remember the Time. In the 2000s, he composed music for the Showtime Network program Soul Food.

you are absolutely right but even if the dude had bad knees loading the bar up with weight and half ass'ing the squats ain't going to make your knees any better.
I'm not built for this playa lifestyle as I once were. I find myself concerned with the emotions and feelings of others. To see a woman cry has become my weakness. The thought of a female sitting in private, stressed out, feeling less than human and depressed because of how I failed to meet her expectations and broke her heart is fucked up.
Today, I'm letting go of all the ones who have expectations and all da anger in which I take out on them because of my own past failures and regrets with fast ones, unclassy, and shady ones. I will find a new one and treat her like a queen... which I have proven capable of doing. I need to start a relationship... I'm damn near 30 and have nothing meaningful built up with one person in the relationship department. A little bit of my love is spread out amongst several women in Georgia and surrounding states.
Must channel all my potential and energy into one classy and ambitious woman. Who knows... maybe one day, A little me?

why do TV shows make a big deal out of people who loss weight. I dont need to watch a story on the news about you telling me how you loss weight. The formula is simple more activities and smaller portions. Everything else related to losing weight is a matter of personal choice all this low carb no carb gluten free high fat high protein or whatever else they want you to spend you money on is a bunch of bullshit.

People stay right around the corner from their entire family and don't even visit them.
My nearest relative is 7 hours away. I wish I could just pop up on mom dukes or pops whenever I felt like it.
Maybe that's a positive thing though... I moved out at 17 and never went back. Even at my lowest. Never asked for help and still made power moves as a lone wounded soldier in the heart of the jungle.
What makes a man a man?... one that turns nothing to something. One that always bounce back.
