Stay off that stuff. I try not to buy anything that has aspertame in it. You better off with a regular one.

Decisions, decisions...I am going to put forth more of myself for the next four months. And then I will have to make a huge decision. HUGE. Weighing options. Either you will open one door for me, or two. But is it quantity or quality? :confused:
 
one is linked to diabetes and one is linked to cancer... so neither of them is actually good for you in the long run.

your best bet is to stick to water and use moderation with your diet and full calorie beverages if you must have them

these things are pretty good and they have no aspertane
