Now that the verdict is in, I guess it is in Oregon but, the bug issue is where do they "draw the line"?
I'm not gay as I am not white but I wouldn't bake a "gay cake" or a "nazi cake" either.
The "born this way" opinion is just that: an opinion that is not based on any evidence whatsoever.

I think we have been programmed to conflate things for others benefit.
Illegal alien is now called immigrants as if they are the same.
Gay (choice, imho) is being conflated with black (a race of people).
You can see it readily if you play with the objects.
If you hate cops, it's the same as hating blacks.
If you don't vote to give teachers a raise you are homophobic.

I would say a person's morals are learned.
Your community you choose to take a part in teaches you things.
Mercy killings is practiced in some communities. FGM is the norm in others.
KKK communities have their own morals and sensibilities.
There's other things besides religion that might shape a person's outlook
So there are communities out there that organically have a disposition towards excluding serving gay people?
I would think so
