Very true. But the Black Canadians I know in Montreal and Toronto (admittedly, those are the only two places I've gone, but I've been to both multiple times and have hella friends there) are very in tune with African American struggles. They're very passionate toward them too. Because they get bombarded with our culture, they feel very connected to it.
