The First three are absolutely correct and arguably in the correct order by trash coefficient
I know, I was talking about the percentage. Per 100 vehicle = 273... No. It has to be much higher than that.

The only brand that is solid outta the list is Subaru followed by VW. That list is accurate to me minus Subaru. If I had to include a third brand that is solid I would say Lincoln but that would just be their Town Cars. Volvo station wagons were some of the most bulletproof cars 80's-90's but Volvo got too fancy with all the electric shit.
Was interested in getting a series II, but saw all the issues reported on Edmunds...... told the wife a new design year is only 3-5 yrs away, hopefully the issues will be worked out by then

BMW should be listed, cause Mercedes has less issues than W

I’m embarrassed to say I’m going to have to look for this answer. I know it’s not as powerful as a 6.4 but don’t think I have an in line 6 in this thing either.
BMW 7 series are known to have problems.
The 5 series with the inline 6 are money.
The only Mercedes I would buy are the AMGs
3.0L twin turbocharged 6 is the standard on them all so that’s what I got. It does okay but I have noticed a little less power over time, especially when I drove up to DC in it.

was at an auction back in december and years ago there use to be dealers fighting over them subaru's but now they plagued with
trans and head gasket issues...i myself love the outback but not with that trans in it i dont...subies are going for cheap at auctions

I hear you and BMW has their fair share of issues

For instance, the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study reports an industry average of 186 problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). The study examined how vehicles are performing in terms of quality, component replacement and appeal — including those vehicles with new technology — “and helps automotive manufacturers design and build better vehicles to stand the test of time and promote higher resale value.”
I think BMW wasn't included because they haven't been doing much differently with their cars year to year (even if they are putting out 2024 models) by introducing a bunch of new technological systems. BMW consistently uses a lot of the same systems from previous models on new models with minor improvements which makes troubleshooting problems easier and part replacement easier because some parts are direct fits from previous year models. Bag gets ran when you taking it to dealer w/o a warranty.
But some of these new cars listed try to max out on amenities then come the errors. Sometime its so much shit going on with Mercedes you dont even use all its amenities and features so you don't even know when one is broke and needs fixing.
