I sprained my knee playing bball on the backyard hoop by the alley around 1996. Screamed out like a bitch and fell like a ton of bricks. Neighbor came outside to ask if I was alright, lol. I called my mom to buy me a knee wrap / brace from the pharmacy on the cheap. Pharmacy was across the street from her job.
All those years of sports I am surprised I never wrecked my knees worse.
