Good health and eating habits to the fam' in 2017. Always remember it's ok to eat shitty, junk food every once in awhile ... but water, plenty of greens, and exercise are where it's at. If you don't care to eat too many fruits and veggies as standalone items ... just invest in a good blender and/or food processor and blast everything up that way you're getting MULTIPLE servings all at once, and don't have to eat items individually.
