Hendricks vs Thompson is an interesting matchup.

I pick Hendricks because of his experience and heavy hands but Thompson
kickboxing is on point. His kicks can do some serious damage.

Agreed, fam'. Gonna be interesting to see how the match-up plays out ... good to see Thompson's striking improving in recent years. His kick game / karate has always been the truth. Hendricks has that heat in his hands. Good to see him get his weight in check now. He was already sitting at 173lbs earlier in the week, and his trainer/nutritionist is on point (have listened to him on a number of podcasts).

I dont understand with how long Noons been in MMA

Thompson is the truth. His only loss was to Matt Brown back in April 2012. Sure, he hasn't faced tougher competition over the years like GSP, Lawler, Condit, and Hendricks have with their fight records .... but put it this way ...


- He stopped Hendricks in 3 & a half minutes, and Hendricks had little to nothing for him ...


- Hendricks went the full 25 mins x 2 in title fights against Lawler
- The full 25 mins against GSP in their title fight
- KO'd Fitch in 12 seconds
