She's going to be out of work for awhile, regardless. I'm sure her donors would be okay with her living off of it.
The bigger question is whether or not the Rams and Stafford will try to claim that money to offset whatever they payout.

Yes from my understanding. However, I'm not sure if she is a full time employee or some sort of contract worker.
Since it happened in California, a state that has treated contract workers as actual employees, she may have some actual employee rights, regardless.
Where did they say he went for help or tried to check on her?
What's the problem with what he did? She fell 10 feet. His wife was looking down but she couldn't help.

From the video, we know his wife seemed concerned. Funny how she appeared to show some empathy without jumping down or whatever dumb shit people are making up to justify his shitty initial reaction.
For the record, no one has said anything about the wife and what she could or couldn't do.
