Man, Shane Battier has no offensive game other than a set shot three. Every time he shoots, he looks really uncomfortable and mechanical. He just needs to pass the damn ball.
I think he wouldn't mind
He seems to be getting a big head. I know they don't really have scorers other than Durant, Harden and him, but damn, can you use your scoring ability and speed to set Ibaka up.

They need to look into trading Westbrook....they need a Rajon Rando type guard but with a jumper..

manor can shoot, cook can shoot, ibaka doesn't even have his full offensive game yet he's still learning, and then you have durant who still is getting better.

All year I been hearing BGOL talk about this westbrook player and I must say Im not impressed. He's you typical 90's point gaurd.....Shoot first. I heard folks on here saying they take him over Paul......Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. He takes the dumbest shots.

Ive never given Westbrook props. In that big 'best PG thread' I made, I didnt even mention dude. I dont like shoot-first point guards that ONLY give you scoring. If he isn´t shooting well, he actually hurts his team. I dont like one-dimensional players..especially PGs..

nah the grizzlies do need rudy they can still play inside out with him and he see's that they can win without him when he comes back he's going to want to be a part, he doesn't strike me as a ego driven player, especially given how supportive he's been and seems on the sidelines. with rudy they get that perimeter go to guy that they do not have right now. they have inside go to on lock, if you need a big drive or big 3 or some slash or something they don't have that, cause they're missing rudy.

We're going to see what OKC'ss made of. They've been praised a lot and had a relatively easy first round. Now they're finally going going to face some adversity.

and he has more turnovers than his has assists 
at westbrook... he is killing his team.... memphis just needs to bait him into shooting and they win this series easily...a PG who chucks, doesnt play defense and with that type of turnover to assist ratio is cancer..

all about matchups, if they get to the WCF, they are going to miss Rudy Gay... not an issue against the spurs or the thunder, but further in the playoffs, they will have different matchup issues

Battier only helps them with defense, Rudy's an unselfish player who mostly plays within the flow of the game.

exactly, it doesn't matter how great your inside play is, if you don't have a perimeter player they have to respect and you can turn to when your inside isn't favored or if your inside isn't hitting you're not gonna win...see the l.a. lakers.

that was exactly my point. rudy has the talent and the mindset to go out there and give them what they need, he isn't gonna hurt the team only make them that much better. he was doing excellent with the team and they were winning before the injury
