But I think less of a "media" diversion than, in many respects, a "reflection" of how far, racially speaking, we have not come in this country; and, how far many are willing to go to discredit the president because they just can't accept that he and his family are soiling a building they believe is and should be, whites only.

I am amazed at how much valuable effort and time is given to addressing those that never have and never will support the president, instead of listening and supporting those that did support him and might not support him in 2012. Those that can be swayed will be interested in how he addresses the issues, not the distractions. The media is complicit in this also. They have a vested interest in keeping their corporate trough full too.

I don't care what the facts and logic and the law have to say. Nothing will convince me Obama wasn't born in Kenya and raised by Islamic fundamentalists in Indonesia while undergoing indoctrination techniques to serve radical Islam and to fight good, Christian folk.

Donald Trump acted on the best information available to him.
He stood up and spoke out to protect the interests of all those patriots who knew Obama to be a left-wing puppet of the elitists in the northeast.
If anything, Donald Trump should be applauded and congratulated for taking a stand on this issue.
Who cares if he's wrong? Who cares if he acted before getting his facts straight? Who cares if it caused more harm than good? Who cares if it diverted attention from other issues like the wars or the economy?
Donald Trump did what he thought was right and that is all that should matter.
And, I still believe Hussein was born in Kenya, or Indonesia, or anywhere as long as it means he does not qualify to be President. Because we all know he's a Muslim and only Christians (or those who pretend to be) should be President.

If Bernanke can wake up one morning and create $2 Trillion without congressional approval, Why are we arguing about taxes?
