i thought the same thing. i have heard of this happening or worse the friends of the boyfriend/boy the girl wanted to fuck stopping the bf from helping the girl and of course he's not going to rat out his boys.

The news report, the cops say, the girl was forced to have sex. Under threats of violence. I have an 11yr old, he likes to act tough, but if you threaten him with violence he turns right into that little baby boy that he is.

It doesn't matter how she was dressed. It doesn't matter that she wore make up. It doesn't matter she had a facebook. All that matters is...she was forced. And then 20+ animals had sex with this child.

If she wasn't forced, if somehow it comes out that even if she was there, just saying sure lets party! It's still wrong, and they're still animals. Right now the cops say there was video. The cops say she was forced by violence. There needs to be something to come out and state the opposite of this for me not to WANT to torture and castrate every single 1 of them.

It has already been established that a minor cant legally consent to sex, this is what im tellin you though, you cant charge a minor with statutory rape, statutory rape is when an adult has sex with an underraged child.

a minor can be charged as we see in texas some 14 year olds are gonna be charged. Shit i personally seen a 11 year old get locked up for sexual abuse/ rape sodomy. how do you know it WAS forced? Im not saying im SURE it wasnt forced because i wasnt there. Lets say the girl comes out and says she wasnt forced to do anything, should the minors still be charged with rape?

Whatever innocence she had left was drained away in the tracks of her tears and smears of mascara.

The victim had been enticed by a 19-year-old to take a ride in his car. According to police, they first went to a friend's home. There, several young men forced her to take her clothes off and took turns raping her, first in a bedroom, then in a bathroom. They threatened to beat her if she resisted. A call was made and shortly thereafter four more men arrived. When a relative came home, the boys dragged her through a back window. They left her bra and panties behind. She was taken to the mobile home where her nightmare continued.

The crew recorded their exploits on their cell phones and within days the videos went viral around the school. An elementary school student saw the pictures, recognized the girl and some of the young men, and told a teacher. To their credit, local authorities immediately launched an investigation. All told, there may have been as many as 28 boys and young men in and out of the trailer that night.

Seven of the suspects are students at Cleveland High School, including two members of the state-ranked basketball team, a track star and the 21-year-old son of a school board member. Several have criminal records, including convictions for drug peddling, aggravated robbery and manslaughter. The youngest is in middle school. The oldest is 27 years old.

as i said i dont see an 11yr old girl wanting to fuck 28 men, but the police are using the girl as there source and the reporters are using the police so who's to say what really went down that day.

i personal think she may have wanted to have sex with one or two of the men, but shit got way out of hand and there was nothing she could do to help herself. even if the video shows her appearing to be ok with it i would believe she was going along with it out of fear which is the story she has given. of course i could be wrong and she was down with it out of an emotional need or slight mental problem.

This is exactly where I am at, minus the pedo bear. I want evidence these videos exists and what they say are on it is actually on it.

Here is something I'm thinking:

What if this is a hoax construed by the small PD and prosecutor for the sake of funding or they just plain hate niggas and one of them made them mad or they just built a new prison and they need to fill it up.

What if the ex-convicts accused in this gets a special plea deal that effects their original cases and drops this one if they were to roll over on the remaining accused by saying they saw something that really never happened. They can get past the grand jury with that alone.

What if they select a jury pool thats heard about the crime and the damnimng videos too but still plan on being unbiased(all white of course)

What if during the trial the (non-existant which is my contention) videos that the prosecution refuses to release to the defense because they claim its not exculpatory, actually end up being thrown out or refused to be submitted as evidence by the prosecutor and all you have left is a corrupted jury who knows there is supposedly damning videos and the testimony of the ex-cons.

What do you think the verdict will be? Those guys and anyone else they pick up are fucked. This country has a 95% conviction rate because this is how fucking easy it is to win a trial in this country.

Actually, the cops are using the testimony of another student...who did not participate in the rape. :smh: the men are ALL going to be found guilty of something, but if they threatened or forced her, they will all be felony rapists and accessories to rape....hope they rot in jail & get ass raped daily....

Where did you get this info? This whole thing has gotta be a hoax, but if this is the source the police are using and not a video, then this would explain everything as far as I'm concerned.
 
A lot of fast young girls and a lot of thirsty older niggas makes for a bad situation, period.

This shit has been going on for generations but niggas act like the shit doesn't happen. Where I grew up, it was not uncommon for younger girls to approach older dudes and kick some shit off, mainly because the parent(s) didn't care and they were free to do what they want as long as they werent bothered. People knew what was going on but no one was going to bring the police in and quite possibly get their heads blown the fuck off for bringing the spotlight onto other activities.

The evidence shows that the dudes are in the wrong but don't discount that the little girl was on some other shit as well. As far as Rossini, If he grew up in the environment that I happened to grow up in..I can understand his reason but logic and law dictate that an attack on a minor was committed.
