I was expecting Skip Sheffield but I guess they decided on Mason Ryan instead.I heard that the WWE viewed him as a new Batista but I had no clue how much he resembles him.

They should push it more consistently. This year alone they built it a little but then Shannon Moore walks into the company and into a title match. Good wrestler, bad build. Then Doug Williams and Brian Kendrick could have had a great series but they gimmicked it up. Robbie E did pretty much the same thing as Moore and got a title shot with no build up.
You would think with the way he built the WCW cruiserweight division, Eric Bischoff would help them with the X-Division. Guess not.
I always thought they should put the TV title on one of their best guys, like AJ, and let him defend in 7-8 minute matches every week on Impact! Every single week, AJ would be defending the title so you're guaranteed at least one good match per show.
They should dump the tag titles. Before with Kong dominating the singles, they might have had enough talent and enough focus to pull off the tag titles but not now.Stop fucking up the Knockouts division by letting talent go. They don't want them to be "Divas" then stop letting your workers leave, you have singles and tag team tittles, how you gonna pull that off with 5-6 womenTNA can be fixed, they just have to want to do it.
Keep pushing Sarita and bring back Daffney.
It might help TNA if they stop having gimmick matches on free tv and then having the same guys wrestle a standard match on ppv. That's ass backwards. AJ and Williams wrestle an Ironman match on Impact! but were scheduled for a regular match at Genesis. Huh?
Sheffield must still be hurt. With 40 men in the Rumble this year (total, complete bullshit and it means there will only be 60-90 second intervals between guys), he may make it back for that.
With all the roster cuts and bad pushes this year, I didn't even know the WWE had 40 guys.

It's bullshit. With this and the way they've been starting and stopping pushes lately (Bryan, Dibiase, Kidd), you would think Russo was working for both companies.

Some highlights:
On his release: "I asked for my release, both WWE and myself agreed that it would be best if we didn't continue doing business together at this current time. They had no path for me or any plans in the near future so instead of wasting my time and my body for them, I decided it was time to move on. I've had a good relationship with them [WWE] the entire time I was there regardless of what people may think. I have always had strong relationships everywhere I have gone; there are no bad feelings from either end."
Working for WWE: "It was never a goal of mine; a lot of people misunderstand that. Simply because the WWE is the biggest company in the world, it was never my dream. I'm sure for others they have always wanted to go to WWE but for my personal goal it was always to go to Japan and to be accepted by the Japanese culture as a competitor. WWE was just a bonus for everything I have worked so hard for in my 13 years in this business."
Disappointment with his treatment in WWE: "WWE is a very big political game, and I already knew what the environment entailed, if you play that political game you stand a much better chance of succeeding in a particular role or position. I'm not a politician; I don't see the need in playing these games especially when the business is suffering. I think the way they scheduled my matches on Smackdown, after NXT it was obvious they weren't behind me. I was chosen to win NXT season 2 by the fans, they wanted to see me do well and at first it seemed like the company wanted me to do well. People have to be very careful when they refer to the company not doing much with a certain talent. There is only one man who makes decisions, he says yes or no and that needs to be made clear. I'm not going to even mention his name but the company has their own view on who is going to be a star or not. If you don't fill in that particular prototype or that idea then you are going to have a more challenging time in regards to a push or trying to excel. I feel this was the case with me; they have always been more about bigger guys. The company could have been behind me a lot more. They also could be behind a lot of guys more

Taker is getting near to retirement. His body is breaking down (I say it's partially due to steroid use as well as regular wear and tear).
Kane was just the champion on Smackdown and lost it to Edge.
Khali was doing promotional work in India and had some side projects. He sucks but with India a growing market, he's good with WWE.
I doubt they'll give HHH the belt but he's on the way back and he'll probably go over a couple of younger guys. He's on the Creative team officially now, so he's not too long for the ring either.
Shit was fake. Looks like they were shooting an angle but Dana White ain't having it. They had heat before but they're over it and are on good terms now.

sighs damn i miss macho man, the ultimate warrior, the rock in his prime, stone cold steve austin,etc those dudes made for good tv.now all they do is dig up an expired legend have him lose to some new guy to up his record and next thing you know both are out of view.

As long as the WWE Creative is booking to impress a 60 yr old Vince McMahon instead of fans, there won't be much difference.
TNA's problem is their head writer sees the world too similar to Vince. He'd rather book a sitcome or something and not a pro wrestling show.

When ever you get sad and want classic shit click on youtube and watch oldschool midsouth wrestling. They used to pack the fucking superdome with Junkyard Dog vs. Hacksaw Butch Reed as the main event.
One a side note, I wish the WWE would adopt a regional formula for their shows. Just imagine WWE northeast, WWE southeast, WWE midwest, WWE great plains, WWE southwest, and WWE westcoast. Develop a regional market buy creating an hour long show. Then they could do an hour long show that updates the other regional action. That would be great for the fans because now they could develop a regional appeal like the territory days used to do.

Even though he was said to be too choreographed in the ring, he's still one of the all time legends and it sucks that he wasn't included in legends of wrestlemania.
