he lost his shinigami powers so the hollow power is whats left, I have a feeling grimjow will be the one training him in his hollow ways
Guys from what I've read, I believe that both the hollow and the shinigami parts merged so he will lose all of his abilities, most likely the HouKou seems him as the new 'God/King' a few theories is that the 'King' of SoulSociety is evil and that's what Aizen was trying to tell Ichhigo who knows???
im still trying to figure out why Aizen refered to the King as a thing, for some reason I dont think its that great to be king
Not neccesarily, the 'thing' could be like the HouKou device, with a conscience, or even the ability to interact with people, for all you know he probably looks like that Dog Faced Captain!
Urahara as the villain... That's a nice twist. I'm curious to see what the link between "The Spirit King" and Ichigo is. Glad to say that for the first time in a long time that I didn't see this coming.

The hogyoku is definitely in Ichigo. It's almost like when he knew about his hollow side and was trying to fight/hide it. The Hogyoku chose him when he beat Aizen, but the thing is whatever power it is, it isn't a shinigami power that he has now.
if ichigo has the hogyoku I take it that Soul Society will say it is too dangerous and that ichigo must die, but it seems Urahara knows something why he is looking so sad at ichigo.
Also Im thinking there will be a back story about how Urahara created the Hogyoku, as smart as he is it is way too powerful for someone to just create like that.
Will the vizards be welcome back to soul society to form thier own squad, and will they accept?

how about we just end the whole comic right there, and move on to something else. use he next issue to wrap up any loose ends that he wants to and just call it a day on bleach I could be sastisfied with this ending vice some other crazy story beginning.

Naw it can't end, he may have lost his shinigami powers but what about is hollow powers and what about that hogyouko thing where that go off too??

One lasting 6-8 months and then the last arc lasting 2-3 years
I for one am kinda stoked about this...so many unanswered questions left. 0-squad, other bankai's, 3rd, 5th, 9th replacement captains, Will isshin give his powers to ichigo, how did SS even thank ichigo for saving them...We know about the espada but are there the Vastro Lorde to be worried about because that was never talked about during this arc.

I guess not but you've got to admit that's heartless to not at least look for the man that saved your life twice, hell the man even returned to your house and kicked everyone's ass to save yours lol !!!!
No, the substitute shinigami badge was a real necklace. It was made by Urahara. It flashes when Hollows are around and Ichigo turns into a shinigami by pressing it. Now that he has no reiatsu it doesn't work for him. That's why he watched Uryruu run out of class, there are still hollows around, but he can't sense them.
