I think there's an app out there that allows stolen apps to be recognized in the market

My phone isn't Samsung so best I could figure its a bunch of apps developed by and for Samsung phones.

1. Go to the Market and get a program called DropBox. Also, on your computer, go to Dropbox.com and get it installed on your computer. Both are free if you keep it below 2 gig. All you do then is drag and drop the app into the dropbox from your computer.

2. Pick up your EVO or whatever Android phone you have and after you connect to your Dropbox, select the .apk you want. Just click install and done. Simple.

you can either install a file manager on your phone, thru the marketplace and just download the file and move it to a folder on your memory card. go to your file manager, find the folder and just click on what you want to install. or you can use Vegas' suggestion. Which is pretty cool.
