exactly why i stopped drunk driving. all my friends were catching DUI's around the same time and they were telling me how much it was costing them, i was like fuck it time to give this shit up.

under the collective barganining agreement Roger can't suspend him. This offense would fall under the substance abuse policy.

if this is his first offense and he is not in the leagues substance abuse program the most he faces is a fine for half of one games check not to exceed 50k.
i'm not clear on the fines and penalties if he was already in the leagues substance abuse policy.
