Sad to say, but the advances in hormone therapy and cosmetic surgery have made it so that these lady-boy, tranvestites are almost indistinguishable from real women unless you have prior knowledge.
I guarantee you if you live in a major fashion/beauty centric city (NYC, LA, MIA, DC, LV) 90% of you have been fooled when looking at one. What you thought was maybe a beautiful woman from afar, didn't start as a woman at birth.
