Ellenwood GA. We're right outside of the city. Took us 9 years to save up for it, but it was all worth it.:yes::yes:

God bless!

I always thought Ellenwood was the next Duluth...nigga city!!!

Props regardless...

I don't believe a word the OP 15-ftp is saying

that being said
Atlanta and the surrounding areas as the best real estate market in the country.

I'm thinking of moving to Atlanta just for the housing market.

you get real value for your dollar.

Ay.... go ahead and give me a heads up before you lace the board up with them tranny joints so I can make myself scarce.

kthxbye

Way to handle ya business kid. You must be down on the far end of Anvil Block past Bouldercrest. There are some nice houses down there but there aint shit to do. I think you can still get your hood fix at Dougans on Friday. Otherwise you gotta take it to the city.

It looks like one of those homes in Thurgood, or one of those spots.

Wall Street Exec lol, take a sig pic of inside the house u fraud

If you really need proof. I was walking through the house and left my brush on the granite in the kitchen area. You can see it in the pic below(middle of the island/counter):

Congrads on the home.

Quick Question: Did it take you 9 years to save to pay for the downpayment or did you purchase the house all cash?

I'm just curious because 9 years is a long time to save for a home. Judging by the pics (size, interior and exterior craftsmanship), and the home being in Ellenwood, GA, I'm going to assume the home was purchased for around 400K - 600k.

I'm just curious.
