i just got home from watching and 
wow what a ppv.
this has to be one of the best ufcs ive ever seen.
i got to give it up to Sonen.
i thought he would be ko'd in the 1st.
dude brought his A game and backed up the shit talking.
he beat silvas ass all over the mat.
1 fatal mistake.
i think the rematch wont be as close though.

You're right...it had nothing to do with race...fans were initally behind Silva b/c Chael was talking so much seemingly outlandish crap that they just wanted to see him get nuked.
Then he started backing up all the things he said and the fans started giving him props....it ain't about race...fans are just fickle and of the moment....but they were booing Silva after the fight b/c they thought Chael didn't tap.....video shows that he did though.
This ppv probably did about 700, 000 buys and a title rematch with a strong undercard and Sonnen shit-talking does a million. Dana would be a fool not to do it...Belfort hasn't even had any middleweight fights this go around in the UFC...whose the best mw he beat while outside of the UFC? Lindland? The Franklin fight was impressive but that was a catchweight. Chael deserves it just as much as Belfort.IMO, he deserves it more. Belfort should fight Okami. Winner gets Silva/Sonnen rematch winner.

I hate to break it to you, but it's always battle of the races, thats how it is, period. Do you ever watch boxing? it's the same way. People go for their own race. I know where i watched the fight the majority of the bar was rooting for silva and it was a majority white crowd.
i think it applies more in boxing with the whole looking for the "great white hope".
i think the ufc has a more proggressive crowd.

I think Vitor Belfort will get the next title shot because I think that Damin Maia fight was suppose to be Belfort's fight but he got hurt or had sugery. Now if there is a Silva vs Sonnen 2, Anderson will stop Sonnen in the first round.

The white ufc crowd is extremely racist. Blacks hardly even get cheers. Jon Bones Jones doesn't even get the cheers he deserves and he's the next A silva most likely. I never go to the bar, I order with friends or family or watch online. But at the events and on white message boards, theres an obvious bias for white fighters especially over dominant black fighters. It's always been that way, thats life.
So, I'm not saying he doesn't have white fans, and it has to be mostly white cuz blacks still aint on ufc like that.
