Blue Marvel, is really anything Marvel could do with him?

I while back I stated how I doubt Marvel would actually - "recognize" the Blue Marvel character Kevin Grevioux wrote for them over a year(?) ago. Lo and behold they proved me wrong as he got an entry into their latest encyclopedia:

But then you read his file and you're  like how the FUCK did somebody this powerful and smart manage to slip under the radar :hmm::hmm: during everything that happened after he was introduced?!?

And if he did show up again.... how could marvel use this guy? Me, myself, I can't see him involved in anything less than what about to go down in Marvel cosmic books with the whole Thanos Imperative...... What about y'all (Megazell)?

The Dude is a boring character and a stiff. He reminds of a that Black dude from Walker Texas Ranger.

He might have taken off if that had not given the same basic origin to Sentry. The 2 were interchangeable to me.

AND he looks like DR. Fate.

Marvel painted themselves in a corner with 'Blue Marvel.'

However, I can see a good writer like Roy Thomas, Morrison and a few others doing great with recap books like - Where was Blue Marvel during 'Atlantis Attacks', 'Inferno', 'Secret Wars', 'Onslaught' and other such concepts.

The real problem is that the Marvel Universe is not friendly towards 'Supermen' archtypes. With no major flaw in his character what could carry his storyline along.

I know as a reader we want to see this mother fucker tussle with some major bad asses but is that it for him? It's almost the same problem that DC has with 'Superman' if they can't come up with a major threat for him to be facing his book flounders.

If Exiles was up and running - I would put that dude in there and have him take on multiverse bad guys - Which would give us the battles we want and open him up to characters that can move his story along.

Blue Marvel is really anything Marvel could do with him

I remember reading or hearing Stan Lee saying that Marvel Comics used to be Timely but lately hes saying that it was Atlas.

Can anyone explain this to me?
