Final Crisis did not happen it was all a wish from Superman's mind.
Superman needed 12 Dragon Balls but only had 11. Batman found out that Darksied had the last one, so Batman made 3 clones. One to confront Darksied. This clone was defective and kept on referring to himself as Ben Reily. This clone also liked to use guns. The 2nd clone had no bones, so Matter Eating Lad from Legion Of Superheroes of 3 Worlds ate him at the request of the original Batman. The last clone was sent to Earth to continue the story of Batman: R.I.P.
When Darkseid blasted the Batman clone aka Ben Reily his Omega Sancation Beam got confused and depressed and ended up going after all of the Batman clones. The Ben Reily clone died and was buried as Bruce Wayne. The 2nd clone that was consumed by Matter Eating Lad was still in his belly causing the Omega Sanction Beam to fire upon Matter Eating Lad which explains why he was missing in Legions Of Super Heroes of 3 Worlds. The 3rd clone was killed by Thomas Wayne...Batman's father. Thomas Wayne was killed when Batman was 8 years old but due to the events that occurred in 'House of M', he was brought back to life. The original Batman knew that beam was coming for him so he called on a friend for help. He called Sam Beckett. Sam, Ziggy and Al (who turned out to be a Cylon) helped Batman use the power of the beam to go back in time. Now Batman is going through time making right what once went wrong and hoping each leap will be his leap home.
It was revealed that Darksied did not have the last Dragon Ball. The real villian that was causing all of this was Gorilla Grodd. He was trying to use the Dragon Ball to travel to the Marvel Universe to kill Gorilla Man for stealing his swag.
Superman quite depressed with the whole ordeal used the Dragon Balls he did have to remove from everyone's memory his marriage to Lois Lane. He then went on a 23 month whore fest fucking every single woman that he was not related to that crossed his path.
