'Zell (and anyone else who's posting), in the past there's been a sort of gentleman's agreement to not duplicate filehosts when posting books. If there was already a Rapidshare link up (or Megaupload, Sendspace, etc), we wouldn't post another one (unless the first was dead). Alternatives to any earlier ones would be fine though.

Would it be possible to get you (and anyone else) to roll with that?
