Why in the world would he go to NJ?...The knicks actually have a better team than the Nets. Knicks should forget Lebron and try getting Joe Johnson, Amare and then try to sign Carlos Boozer. Also sign McLady to a low contract (like his deserves, cuz hes gonna get hurt anyways), then drop Eddy's bum ass and trade for Al Jefferson. And there you have it. Championship!
these offers are dumb. if he takes the $95m offer, they wont have room for another big name. if he takes the $55m offer, thats less than what miami is offering him, plus he will get to play with wade AND another big name, as reported on sportscenter, if amare and lebron go to miami, they will sign similar deals, each (including wade) getting $15m a year.

Fam that is a team full of B- players with A+ potential. They need 1 or 2 pieces and they will have a strong depth in their roster. IMO Lebron and Ray Allen would place this team as a playoff contender.

Chandler Lee and Harrington is the highlights of NY. And Chandler is moving to the 2 IF Bron goes there. And you telling me that this is a better situation than NJ. I'm not a NJ or NY fan, honestly I hope both miss their targets and Miami wins the east. NETS roster shits on the Knicks. They got Brooke Lopez and Devin Harris. Nuff said. One is a all star and the other is one of the best big mans in the league and he's 22. Knicks got a bunch of could've beens and maybe's. But aside from that? There's nothing there. And they got the cap room to sign Lebron but they don't have the cap room to sign him and Bosh unless Bosh takes a paycut and I don't see that for a 25 year old.
Lee and Harrington aren't knicks anymore(lee can still be s&t tho)... Gallo is a highlight of the team and lebron likes his game...
chandler is not a FA... he'll be a great 6th man, he'd get traded for a pg like parker or cp3 but that's it other than lebron cleveland has nothing the team wants no need for a s&t either...looks like we're gonna get ama're so again favors vs ama're is a win for the knicks...the only clear win for the nets is lopez... miami just reported they might not give bosh a max deal since they don't think he's about winning and is overhyping himself on twitter...so if he goes to nj it will be in a s&t and that means favors, t-will and maybe devin harris get traded...
the nets really aren't that much more talented than the knicks and only way the nets can satisfy lebron is to deal most of their talent for other players and kill their depth since they can't outright sign 2 max players. its been verified only the knicks can sign two max players outright...
I think McDyess' career went to shit because of his injury. He was dominate without a point guard in Denver. Amare? I'm not sure if he's a better version of Kenyon Martin. Kenyon Martin hasn't been shit since Kidd left him. I'm not too sure if the same wouldn't happen to Amare once he leaves Nash.

Brook Lopez is 1 player the rest of the nets questionable and they lose thorn...so no GM or President...plus a coach who's style Lebron doesn't know...
knicks got Mike D(lebron loves that style he coaches), plus donnie walsh, john gabriel, glen grunwald and H2O in the front office...
plus the nets were the worst team in the nba last season...for all the sucking the knicks have done, they've never been the worst team in the nba....
from a basketball perspective the knicks are much more stable and can get the pieces lebron needs quicker....nets get lebron they have to rely on the MLE player and hope t-will find a jumpshot and favors doesn't become a bust. and that harris stays healthy plus they need to find a new gm and president.
