maybe that Clairemont Mesa area has some mixed Skittles. Otherwise you'd head for TJ for some mixed flavor.
If you're reaching I'd head for that that strip club on El Cajon bully. Off of the 805. Had some out of town guest demanding, so I know. Them broads are grimey with it.

Mira Mesa has a lot of filipinas. You could post up at a bar and grill out there before taking off. But if I were you, I'd get centralized. Post up at Mission Valley's Dave & Busters, eat, drink a bit and chop it up with the locals before heading out to PB: Pacific Beach/ Mission Beach. And don't get to tipsy while driving. Don't do it.
Cop central.That's your best shot at having a good time in one night. The border is too far and too much hassle. Plus it's hot down there right now.
Pacific and Mission Beach has some spots that get busy on Sunday nights. And they are all a walk away. Hint, head to the spot in Mission Beach next to the roller coaster. And if it's not hitting out there, then you can do the strip club thing off of El Cajon BLVD on the way home. Googling, because it's been a while, it's called Ten's Show Club like dude said above: map link.
The Gaslamp is ideal if you're already posted downtown but I wouldn't bother on a Sunday night.

If your black it aint really shit to do in San Diego. TJ is the spot, Keep your head down and don't eye federales, only take the yellow taxi's and you'll be alright

That's exactly what me and my friend did when we got there. Passed through the bedding/performing children--about 2 dozen. Saw a donkey spray painted to look like a zebra.
But, STAY AWAY FROM THE STRIP CLUBS ON THE STRIP. I went to one with my friend and it was he-she's in there.
Saw a lot of barrel shaped hookers talking with federalis while children were walking to school. But like a local told us, follow the arc. The Purple Rain Bar--yea, the one with a mural of Prince on it. Fine ho's for $80-100+. Never went for it as we were dead broke, but worth a look.
As for San Diego, stayed in a place called Alta Vista which was Ultra Boring. Nice beaches though.
