Mandatory paternity testing the minute a child is born. No birth certificates should be signed unless paternity is established.
Child support laws should get a serious overhaul. Make sure the child support funds go toward the FATHERS child only. If she has mulitple kids by different dads, THEY should support their OWN kid. One man should not have to provide monetary support for any kids that aren't his. Violations should result in a DECREASE of funds.

In that case, every club in America would shut down as hoodrats would stop fucking random dudes. They would have virtually no incentive. No child support unless married sounds like a fantastic idea, though the women who blatantly exploit the system would have a major issue with this.

Exactly, it will also stop the trend set forth for the younger ones coming up who are watching and who have no clue. If they don't see people in their enviroment doing it , then it won't seem so normal to them.
I think a lot of females make stupid decisions to have kids when they are young because it seems normal, but then when they get older, they realize how bad they fucked up and they did it the wrong way. A mistake that can't be taken back it just has to be lived with for the rest of their lives.
These younger females may not know it, but this could benefit them in the future. This will help them to make better choices when thinking about having children, so they won't have children for the wrong reasons when they are young and stupid. The older ones should just know better, especially if they are already living with mistakes they made when they were young

It will be time to re-examine education from the ground up... the older model in the 50s and 60s, where they concentrated on generalized complete studies in every subject compared to what we have today is appalling.
I will also sustain adequate funding for these programs based on population needs as well as execute current technology into the school system...
example would be tablet pcs accessing e-textbooks for the campus to study.
I would also affect a cap on undergraduate education programs and their tuitions to the school... haven't figured it out yet, possibly some type of tax break for schools to maintain monetary levels at set average.
I would also kill affirmative action, yet quadruple the amount of leglislation under the hate crime act.
I would destroy any leglislation granting corporations rights as living humans...

Though it would be circumvented by many women who will claim to not know who the father is or they will give birth at home and try to prolong the process to get a simp to sign an acknowledgement of paternity. It will however by a great + for traditional married couples.

Agreed. With over 10 years of working for Fatherhood and Family Court non-profit programs...I have seen every variation of child support fraud. I got into this 'business' because I fought and won custody of my children and I took on Child Support Enforcement and won...majority of my victory came from reading their own policies and procedures and using it against them. The entire system is setup and living off of faulty paternity.

I think the only opposition this argument will face will be from the religious side (left and right) as this will also promote abortion and be the killing factor in whether or nothing such a bold trend will take flight.

Hell yes, was just having a discussion about this. Bailouts are so fucked up. Thanks to reciprocity, the banks were in NY and to get the other votes on it they had to dish money out to other states that didn't even need it. I mean didn't Iowa get like $20,000,000 to research bearshit. I don't know maybe theres a cure for cancer in it or something

I understand your intentions, and I sympathize. However, a more realistic and feasible solution would be to have totally publicly funded elections and During election season, free and equal air time to all candidates. After all, the air waves are owned by the people. They are just leased to private entities. This way the incentive of relying on special interests to fund candidates campaigns and in turn once they are elected, beholden to those special interest would be greatly diminished.
