Good point, not sure if anyone can tell me this, but I knew a bookie back in the day. He told me the way some people get around moving the spread so much is that they would bet from an offshore account. He said the only way the line moves is if someone walks into the casino sports book and bets. He said the line moves one point based on a million dollars bet one way or the other.
