Guy Gardner's history is being rewritten like crazy.

John setups always go beyond reasoning and go straight to block buster. It's still a gimmick being used just to be used. Instead of characters and content drawing you in.

I'm by no means a DC fanboy but the content is definitely there and I meant the right step in terms of how things had gotten out of hand with all of the crossover books. I mean the series is galaxy wide. Takes alot to make that cohesive. At best you are gonna get character development that takes place in starts and spurts. Johns knows what he's doing. Look at the Sinestro Corps war and the run up to Blackest Night. Can't say that wasn't good storytelling.

As good as Sinestro Corps is...it's was not that good to make you forgive or forget Blackest Night...BTW the Brightest Day storyline is going to be 22 books MORE than Blackest Night. Preview Mag...

Straight up this book and Nova continue to shine. Seriously Marvels Earthbound books should take note. We really need an Imperial Guard monthly. Instead of them constantly jobbing to the X-men, they should spread their wings.
