His grandparents lived about 100 ft from his moms apartment. When she was out on the hunt that's where he was. And his extended family is the reason that he was able to move to Hampton and become the person you see today. If he was only raised by his moms, with no outside help, he'd be dead by now.
The reason I made the statement that he comes from a descent family is because I know the entire family is watching this shit in tears and it's a shame. It's bad enough that their business has been known by the local community for years because of how small a place it is but now the shit is national news.

Dude got a lot of help. Before the trial growing up, during the trial, and after. That's why I think he's sort of spoiled. Dudes a tough ass basketball player, but I've seen dude thrown some tantrums that I thought came from his sense of entitlement. He's never done that shit really on the court though, but that practice shit sort of reminded me of it.
I look at it like this, people say he was charged because of who he was. Well he got helped out, because of who he was. If it was another person involved, nobody would have been protesting for them, and all of them would have been in jail for a minute. I doubt Doug Wilder wouldn't have pardoned a nobody.
Man, they aren't in tears watching this, they've seen his mom over the past 20 years, they know how she gets down. I'm sure they have thick skin by now, with all the stories about her.
You know the nigga that if anybody got robbed, bike got stolen, window got broken, or house got broken into there was always one cat who's name came up first? That was him. I haven't seen him since he was about 13 so I don't know what kind of person he became after that, but I do know that his car got shot up a couple of nights after he got drafted, so I'm sure he continued his behavior past his formative years.
