He basically calling old boy a liar...

Yep. With his slick side talking ass.

I'l not calling anyone a liar. I'm simply asking a "techie" to include screen shot with his review like other techie do when they post a review. It's a very straight forward request.

ipad case $40 dock $30
I'm waiting on the Courier to release![]()
VG.. can you post some screen shots with your review?
Not worth it doing that divine so no, I won't post screen shots. Anyone with an Ipad can attest to the same thing. And a screen shot cannot show how failed this onscreen keyboard is for 10 fingers to be on it at a time. Onscreen keyboards are better for "thumbs only" but that ain't the layout on the ipad. I'm getting a bit better at day two but old typing habits don't die easy and I don't misspell words like that. I need the notches on the home row keys.
Again, this isn't a shit on the Ipad type post and I'm trying to be sensitive that some with take exception to anything but a glowing review so I'm trying to choose words carefully.
It an honest as hell assessment of what I physically determined from my own hands on of the Ipad. Anyone who has one will discover the same thing.
There were 12 in the case last night at the local Best Buy here in Vegas. No lines and when I asked were their long lines to get in and the Best Buy dude said he didn't know but they sold about 7 and one was returned. Unopened.

I'm just saying.... if I post a review it will be done right and will include screen shots. I would being doing you haters a disservice to post a review after 15 minutes of usage.. then whine about the thing being too heavy to hold. As a techie, I would do a proper review.

This is for Divine, that ball sucker from Apple:
So my homie got his Ipad, and I went over to check it out.. Here is what I think:
Pros: For what it can do, I admit, it looks nice doing it.. Responsive, and the UI is very much the same as the IPhone and the like, so users will be able to get it and go. The book reader app, and what it can do, is quite nice, I admit. Yes, the animations are cool, but what I like is the cool features like looking up a word by definition through your reading and what not. Much like the Iphone/Ipod Touch, as I have said before, they have some cool games on it too that make it a unique experience since you have to move the tablet around and shit. Typing was okay, I got used to it in about 10 minutes to be able to type full speed. He's going to get that keyboard accesorry so I'm guess that will help a lot. The marval app for comics, now that I admit, I fell for, to see that in person, and how it's used, wow, nice, though I don't like how you can't share what comics you get with others. DRM? Don't know, but that's lame.. He has gmail and the layout is actually great, has to be seen to understand it, but love it. Since we were at his job, streaming video was fast since they have a fast connection, but I have no idea how good this would be with regular users on WiFi, but video looked nice.. Fonts and screen looked great, though I still don't understand the resoultion they went with, or, why the damn thing feels heavy, no joke, pick it up, it's not as light as you think it would be.. All in all, I would say, for what it can do, it does well, and your common joe will love touchscreen technology that works fast like this, the main point apple has made with their products..
What I don't like, no usb ports, WTF? Now to those that think not supporting Flash isn't a big thing, fuck that, it SUCKS, most sites use it, and most sites are broken due to it. It has it's own YouTube app, I think it's their own, maybe someone else can comment, but I can't find the videos I can on my laptop, it's almost like only certain stuff can be found, and it must run through that app.. Web browsing is good, don't get me wrong, and since on a fast connection, all loads fast, but this shit of no flash support, blows me away because again, most sites I hit, all loaded broken.. The Itunes shit killed me too, I'm not Apple user, my homie is, and he got his shit synced and what not, but with lock ups here and there. He said it's probably due to how much he was syncing to the ipad, but I wonder if maybe an Itunes update isn't around the corner, maybe still some bugs.. Who knows.. Sound was good, not great, and when in sunlight the screen isn't good, can't really see it, amoled screen maybe next time? You will certainly need a napkin with you, after a while, finger prints and shit all over the place, doesn't look good, but to be expected.. Did notice after a few hours of playing it, some apps didn't respond as quick, don't know if that's due to the apps, memory, ??? Nothing major, but still notice it.. Certain colors also on screen, seem a bit bland, I don't know if it's the screen, video adapter, or what, but there are noticiable "color mismatches" here and there with certain apps, videos, etc.. Nothing major though, still looks good, but you can tell after a while.. As mentioned in many reviews as well, this bitch doesn't utilize the whole screen for video output, why? And one last thing that really pissed off my homie, and has been talked about on review sites.. This thing doesn't seem to charge right, unless you use the adapter and an ac outlet ONLY.. Usb hubs or the like, don't seem to have enough to power charge this product. We tried, no go. Connected straight to his mac book, worked, but what is the point of having both with you at all times? What if your out working, you'll have to find a wall outlet or something. Not good...
All in all, as I said, for what it can do, looks nice. Why Jobbs said he thought this would be a netbook killer, I will never get. It can't do everything a laptop/netbook can do. Maybe with other generations, it will, as is, it can't. But what it does do, is make things easy for the average user, and makes it look nice, and for most people, that will work. Having played with it, I see how apple could force the game in this area of the tech world to produce some laptop replacement devices in the near future. The UI is still responsive, and looks good, but for what it lacks, I can't see paying for the cheapest model $499, when you could find yourself a really good laptop for the same price, if not cheaper.. Looks elegant, and does stuff in style, sure, and if that's all you care for, I would say go for it, but lacking certain features, and needing my laptop for work as I do, for me, I'll have to wait and see what future plans and upgrades are in store for the device.. All in all, I would say, 7 out to 10 stars.. Not revolutionary, but the style is there to make some want to shell out big money for it.. I hope apple learns from what mistakes this first gen device comes with, to make it better in the future, and if so, I could certainly see myself even, buying and using it... As is though, I'll stick with my laptop...
It takes a second to snap a couple of screen shots.
Did you also buy the JooJoo tablet? How would you compare it to that?
Didn't get a JooJoo. I expect if it has an onscreen keyboard, the problem would be with it as well.

I would not post picture...i mean for what?Damn now I owe that nigga an apology...he saw right thru you...
My point is text and graphics are STUNNING on the iPad. You can even ZOOM in with a swipe.
You can't blame Apple for FaceBook updates and still the photos on FB is only the quality of the upload.
My artwork and photo on FB are SWEET.
And I would rather Swipe than Flash.![]()
thanks for the review, I constantly clean my iphone screen so I can imagine how many time you will have to be cleaning the ipad
thing is for most buying a ipad is like buying the new jordans that are out because its the cool thing to doshould have named it the iDiaper... cause you'll be wiping it more than a newborn's ass.
and for all the shortfalls of this device, relax... apple will sloooooowly eek-out one little improvement at a time-kinda like releasing a phone WITHOUT copy/paste & MMS.
then, releasing the new(er) version with copy/paste etc. and you mofos go "apeshit" at the improvements.
been having that shit on my BB for years, ya heard me?
IN A FUCKING RECESSION, mofos lining up to buy this shit, and i predict that eBay will be flooded with these damn things in about 1 yr.

So you're saying your BB had all of the stuff that's available now for several years? There have been no advances on the BB, so basically they one the sold 5 years ago has the same capabilities as one you can buy today?
