What are some? I'm looking to start a home business, I'm fed up with my current job and looking for a new way to make some cash.

What home businesses are easy to start and make a moderate to high rate of profit?

Would like to hear from those who have some experience with this or have recently taken this business path . What are the possible ventures to take?

My options are open to all suggestions.

Hey Mello...I have had a part-time home-based business on & off for the past 10 years. I have done well in some and not so good in the others. I was recently introduced to a very lucrative home-based business by a good friend of mine. So lucrative as a matter fact that I was able to quit my full-time job and do this full time. You can see for yourself by going to my website.

i'm helping one of my girls to sale stuff on ebay. I have access to a real dropshipper for electronics (tv's, computers, stereo systems, mp3 players, etc. at prices cheaper than what they are sold for on ebay.

if you can find a dropshipper, there's real money in that.

U have n awful habit of goin n2 ppls posts n throwin out 1-line advice thats contrary 2 whats goin on n a post...if ur gonna do that @ least b more detailed...

A service is something that is not physical but still tangible. Services run the gamut. I have and am in both the service and the goods end of things.

On the goods end of things I am involved with in the cellular industry. Phones and accessories: activations, wholesale, distribution, etc. That brings in a good chunk of change revenue wise, however, after all is said and done profit is in the 5-7% range after all expenses are taken care of. For the ROI, if not that I've been doing it for so long, I would honestly say it is not worth it. To get to $1 million in personal cash flow, it would take probably 10-15 years. Risk here is getting burnt by a customer, most major burn was for 100, this caused me to re-evaluate the whole darn thing. Also in this you need a ton of employees, and warehouse space and all that nonsense. MAS 200 alone cost me over 100k with customization and licenses (50).

On the internet end of things I do affiliate and pay-per-click stuff, profit there is about 200-300%, the cost involved is getting the content, postng the content, web hosting, technical stuff etc. Risks here are minimal, but it is time consuming. The ROI is significant, at the current rate, it would take me about 10-15 years to get to $1 million in cash flow. The risk here is that I am at the mercy of the search engines, and it is a constant task to stay ahead of the curve. I do not pay for advertising, my content is top in SERPs so I get natural traffic. Enjoyable, but it is not my intention to play cat and mouse games with G and Y and M to some extent for the next x number of years.

I also do consultation on the SEO end of things, charge $100-150 an hour, try not to do a lot of that though, as it takes away from other things I could be doing, and it is not something I delegate. However, this is a service, I have no inventory to carry, no risks associated with obsolesence, price-drops, etc.

Primerica Financial Services, this is the goldent ticket. In this I focus on going deep and wide, the company is credible, the services it provides are those that are needed and are inflation proof, and after the initial time devoted to training people, there is no real cost involved on my end. All things being equal, I should hit $1 million in personal cash flow by 2010.

^^^ Good drop n 4 the record I knew what u meant by service...but its good 2 hear ppl go n2 details about what they do especially if they're offerin advice...

I run my business from home. I do pedicures. Pretty cool, since I love black womans feet anyways.

Basically, u got to cop a chair, all the tools, all the polishes etc...it set me back 5 gz but I recouped it all within the 1st 2 weeks.

its pretty easy to learn how to do them, just buy some instructional dvds. I picked it up in only a few days.

Make sure u take your time and do a good job on everyone, word of mouth is crucial in this business, i get a huge chunk of my business from refferals

Who is this clown?

7 posts and got 5 stars? Who you bending over for duke?

Nothing is going to be easy so I suggest you start small while you still working...I wouldn't advise you to just jump in...Look for bargains around the town and start selling them online...Try to go to wholesale showcases and shit after a while of obtaining business license and stuff...Give it a 6 months to a year....As long as you stick to it you could quit your job or do it for fun while fucking making money... :D

Here is an opportunity for you to make some money with your own home business and be able to Travel at wholesale and make some money while you are traveling. Go www.ecashtravel.com and click on step 1-2-3. That website will provide you with any information that you need to know. Browse through the website and if you are interested in making a change like you mentioned, go ahead and sign up. If you have more questions, let me know.

I have been hearing in General about Primerica. How long you been with this company and what is their Compensation/promotion package? All they provide is financial services such as......? Looking forward to your response.

In you providing finacial services would you be interested adding mortgages and real estate by basically using the same leadership format system?

I had one my really smart technical peeps to build me some Customer Relationship Management software that's web-based. I sell it to small businesses who need a system to maintain and manage their customer, sales and compensation records, but they can't afford to pay $50,000 for a customized platform. They just need the basics.

They buy licenses from me for access to the tool. I charge them by the month/year per license. Its great for them because its cheaper than the other CRM tools out there, and its great for me because I only have to make sure there's enough bandwidth and disk space for my users.

I've learned that its actually not very difficult to make money. The difficulty is getting out of your OWN way. All you really have to do is find out what people/businesses need, and figure out a way to get it to them better/cheaper/easier. Then just show them how its better/cheaper/easier and make money. Period.

It could be anything. Bruhs on this post have some great ideas that are working for them. But ANYTHING can be improved upon, price lowered, and service improved, its just a matter of putting the pieces together.

Next month, I'm going to be selling some calling cards for international use. The calling card business is still a great money maker. I'll just pay the grocery stores and gas stations more than they are getting now for the calling cards they are currently selling. When there is scarcity, in the case of a gas station this would be in terms of shelf space, what do they care about? Right, getting more $$$ for usable space. You show them how....you get money? I don't even touch the cards! I just put it together.

You can also make deals inside of deals. I am also a telecom wholesaler. I can purchase telecom long distance minutes at near wholesale rates. Sell those minutes to a calling card company, charge them 20% for marketing (selling) thier calling cards, AND make 4.5% commission on the long distance minutes I JUST RESOLD! And that's monthly commission for the length of the contract!!!! So for 10 million minutes of usage per month, I make $9000 in commission. I NEVER TOUCH ANYTHING!!!! Again, I just put the deal together.

I started a t-shirt business start up cost was about $1500 and i make pretty good money selling on Ebay but their fees cut into profits, but with the same printer i make 13x19 posters and also sell on Ebay.

Also have me a pretty nice camera and i go to little league games on the weekends and snap shots of games, parents pay good money for anything with their kids on it.
