Dude, check out 99designs. I got 2 logos from there, you decide how much you want to pay for a design, the designers see this and decide if they wanna submit their work for your price, you pay the company upfront, and the designers submit their designs. You can compare them all, and if you like one, you select it. If you don't, you request your money back. No risk.

Of course the more money you pay, the more competition you will get among the designers, thus more designs to choose from. It is hands down one of the best sites I've seen out there.

The do good work and they only charge the amount they advertise although I won't be going with what they sent me I wanted to say they jumped right on it and did a coo job. Just wasnt what I needed they did their thing.
