Does it make sense to take a job that pays LESS than unemployment?

UPDATE:

Well, I took the $9/hr job, and turns out it led to a full-time job via a connection I made there. The new job (I mentioned it in a previous thread) consists of running a high school suspension intervention program in my area. The pay is pretty good, but still no benefits...and I have another part-time night job now too. I just bought a new whip and am looking to move out of my parents' crib...things are looking up. Thanks for all the advice from the fam...and to all those going thru some real shit right now, keep your heads up.

positive news. :yes::yes:

Like some one said earlier.take the unemployment and ride it till the wheels fall off. and get a skill retrain in the mean time. That's I'm doing. I graduate tech school this summer and I got my CDL while unemployed.

yes. Take the job. When your shit runs out & you're really looking for a job you might not have that job available. and you'll have a gap in your resume. Gaps aren't good. They're going to wonder "oh this nigga was sitting with his thumb up his ass for 18 months"
